These charcoal drawings and paintings will then be worked on in the workspace, with participants creating several abstract landscapes in acrylic paint to be exhibited in the village. The group has sole use of the venue, which is set around an central patio and has a roof terrace with views over the hills. Hip Hop Don’t Stop is an energizing, welcoming three-day adults’ street dance camp in High Wycombe. The format throughout the camp is a high-energy warm-up session, followed by three hour-and-a-half classes teaching different urban dance forms, then an 60-minute jam to demonstrate new moves. Participants are divided into levels based on ability and experience, so it is suitable for those who are completely new to street dance, right up to experienced performers or instructors. The camp doesn’t include lodging but there are several places to stay nearby, and it is 23-35 minutes by rail into London.

Sea Shanty Weekend in Cornwall
This coastal town is the excellent location for a sea shanty weekend. Guests will be taught traditional shanties from a folk singer and vocal coach, and try their hand at composing original ones. The schedule includes voice exercises, breath control techniques, performance tips and a final evening concert. The retreat is based at a rural hotel with views of the bay. All meals are included, including a traditional tea on the first day, cooked or continental breakfasts, lunches to go and evening meals. Traditional rum, unfortunately, is not included.
